About us

We specialize in integrating gaming engines with virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and artificial intelligence (AI) to create immersive and interactive products. In simple words, we use game technology to solve real-life problems.

About the role

As a Project Manager, together with our team, you will join forces to develop our innovative AI products, mobile applications, and VR solutions. At your disposal will be the most advanced tools and latest technologies that are not commercially available.

Your main responsibilities

  • Leading client and internal projects related to MetaCoach AI applications, with active participation in the decision-making process

  • Coordinating team work, tracking progress, and managing resources

  • Participating in the design and development process of MetaCoach products, including analyzing modules and proposing improvements

  • Overseeing integration of Mobile, VR and AI components, and optimizing the process

  • Maintaining professional communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing status updates, managing expectations, and incorporating feedback into project plans.

Job requirements

We will be a match if you…

  • have at least 5 years of experience in a project management; additional experience as Product Owner would be ideal

  • have experience in working on 3D applications based on graphics engines (Unity, Unreal) 

  • have an excellent command of written and spoken English, and feel comfortable facilitating meetings with English-speaking clients

  • have successfully cooperated with teams consisting of programmers and 3D artists, prompt engineers, and diverse squad it’s nothing new for you

  • have business understanding of technical topics in the IT area (application architecture, cloud solutions, mobile applications, integrations)

  • are skilled in using tools dedicated to project management and knowledge storage, especially Jira and Confluence

  • are familiar with project frameworks(e.g., Scrum) and version control systems pipelines

  • like to take the lead, propose ideas and actively seek improvements

  • find yourself well while working on several projects simultaneously, and in fast changing circumstances

  • demonstrate an ability to quickly bond and establish contacts with both business users and IT professionals

  • are available in the afternoons from time to time - due to collaboration with the United States, evening meetings may occur, but only from time to time. Be sure that we respect everyone’s private life and do care about work-life balance.

Additional assets:

  • Familiarity with large language models, game development process, and Miro tool

  • MP, PRINCE2 or Agile certificate

  • Willingness to visit our office in Warsaw (once per month or two months would be great)
