About us

As a part of Immersion Labs and Immersion Games, we are creating the future of AI-powered education and therapy. Our team designs engaging AI interactions using state-of-the-art language models, speech technologies, and emotion analysis systems to deliver transformative educational and therapeutic experiences.

About the role

We are looking for a creative Junior Prompt Engineer to join our team designing AI-based learning experiences. In this role, you will create the “personality” and behaviors of virtual instructors, trainers and therapeutic assistants.

Your main responsibilities

  • Creating detailed conversation scenarios and behavioral guidelines for AI characters

  • Designing structured learning paths and interaction patterns

  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to create content

  • Testing and refining AI responses to ensure consistent user experiences

  • Documenting prompt engineering strategies and best practices.

Job requirements

We will be a match if you…

  • have excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills 

  • are fascinated by AI and its potential in education and therapy

  • are interested in education, psychology, or instructional design

  • possess basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts (no technical background required)

  • have experience in creating personas or dialogues

  • have a very good command of written and spoken English

  • can think systematically and structure complex interactions

  • enjoy solving complex problems in creative ways

  • have an eye for detail

  • are looking for a career change towards new technologies.

Additional assets:

  • Experience in education, gaming, creative writing or psychology

  • Background in instructional design or UX writing

  • Familiarity with AI applications and chatbots

  • Willingness to visit our office in Warsaw (once per month or two months would be great).
